Cannot ping google from f5 ltm

newbie here and I am trying to ping google 8.8.8.8 from within the F5 via command line.

 

I have 2 VS setup one for tcp and one for UDP setup according to https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/7000/300/sol7366.html. Both use performance layer 4. Both process all ports. Both use the internal untagged vlan. Both use the the same pool my next hop router. Which is the F5 selfip.

 

I am able to ping other ips that are on the same subnet as my f5 floating ip but nothing outside of that.

 

Any suggestions?

    Do you have any default routes set up? Does your Management interface have access to the internet?
