cannot not start IE within PWS
Do anyone has the following experience and know how to solve the problem.
I am using APM version 11.5.3 as my SSL VPN appliance.
When the Norton Internet Security (NIS) of my PC machines (more than 20 nos) were upgraded to version 22.5.4.24 in early October, the Internet Explorer (IE) could not be started after switching into Protected Workspace (PWS). So there was no logon screen for users. If I downgraded the NIS to version 21.x, the PCs worked again. It was confirmed that NIS version 22.x was supported.
I also noted that Microsoft WinWord cannot be started with PWS too in the above event.
