Thanks a lot. Running "tmsh modify sys db httpd.matchclient value false"  &  "bigstart restart httpd" & " tmsh restart sys service asm" commands did not fix the issue.

 

Finally, I found it is an issue with the Brave Browser. Firefox is showing my cookie list perfectly.
