    Hi Yanghui,

     

    I was able to submit a request successfully just now. Can you try a different browser?

     

    Also, I'd suggest contacting your F5 FSE to request an eval key for the VE lab edition. This key supports all recent BIG-IP versions and modules. The trial version only supports 11.3 and LTM.
