Hi;
Can you have a Virtual-BIG IP being an APM only with only an "APM" license. The purpose is to use it to establish SSL VPN tunnels from user devices working from home to the corporate network.

You can have a standalone APM license.

You can. If you have a LTM you have 10 licenses for SSL VPN too "free".
