Can we configure one node in two partitions ?

Can we configure one node in two partitions ? For Eg: I have a node X.X.X.X which is already configured in partition A. Now due to customer request I need to create another partition B and configure...

If the partitions are in the same route domain, it is not possible. You could configure the node in the common partition, this would make the node available in partition A and B.
