I am still getting error not able to save the configuraion

This initial configuration of the management interface does not need to be saved, since you accepted the settings are saved automatically.
You can check this configuration looking on the interface eth0 on Linux.
[admin@bigipalpha:Standby:In Sync] ~ ifconfig eth0
Additionally i see that the MCP process is not running, use the command below to check the process.
[admin@bigipalpha:Standby:In Sync] ~ bigstart status mcpd
If the process is not running you can activate it using the following command.
[admin@bigipalpha:Standby:In Sync] ~ bigstart start mcpd
