Nimbostratuscan not access to f5 Big-IP 1600 LTM
I set Management port address:192.168.1.245, netmask:255.255.255.0, default root: 0.0.0.0. And I set IP for my laptop: 192.168.1.2/24.

NimbostratusYes you will able to access your BIG-IP on MGMT address.
MGMT port is only for MGMT, whereas self IPs can be used for both production traffic and MGMT.
