Can LTM or LC do o365 traffic steering?

I have LTM do traffic load balancing and I need to bypass o365 traffic to the new link. Can LTM or LC do o365 traffic steering?

I have 3 ISP and I would like to send O365 traffic to ISP1. Is it possible?

    you should be able to use a Local Traffic Policy to say of going to a IP group then go to a certain member in a pool.
    Is there a easy way to identify the o365 traffic?
