Can LTM forward Session Keep-alive

Can a Virtual server be configured to forward a session keep-a-live. We have a 2 tiers setup of F5s and a device is sending a TCP-keep-a-live that the Virtual server responds to and resets the idle time out but it does not forward the packet on to the second tier.

    Hi

     

    If you create a L4 and > VS, the termination of the TCP connexion is done on the F5, so everything related to the TCP connexion is handled in this context AFAIK.

     

    Aligning Keep-Alive interval between the F5 to the one between the client and the first F5 does not solve your issue ? Or use a smaller keepalive interval between the F5s ?

     

    Also keep in mind that if you have a oneconnect profile on top of that, it changes the behaviour because of connexion re-use.
