"Page can't be displayed" can result from many different things.
Yes, you can put anything on a webtop. If it's not a resource (apptunnel, remote desktop, portal resource, etc), you can define it as a "webtop link" which is a free-form URL. It could be a link to google or whatever you like.

Apr 13, 2016The short answer is yes you can publish Portal Access Resources on a webtop and have them access internal sites. If you are getting a page cannot be displayed, can you verify that you have connectivity from the APM self IP to the intranet resource? In Portal Access the APM becomes the client to the intranet app so you need to make sure that if it is HTTPS that you have a server side ssl profile and that you can connect between the two devices.
