Can i configure Single IP for multiple URL with different pool answering , please read below example , please also see/123,456 and /789 is the only difference

Yep, easily. You could use a http class profile:
or a simple irule like:
if { [HTTP::uri] starts_with '/abc' } { pool mypool }etc
