Can F5 health check / irule update dns A records after checking health?

Can F5 health check / irule update dns A records after checking health? I'm looking to see if the F5 virtual server can also act similar to a Microsoft cluster where if a failover occurs, the cluster...

Create a GTM Wide IP with Pool containing the 2 pool members which are the F5 virtual server one with high priority and one with high priority and use global availability as the load balancing method.

 

GTM will normally return high priority VIP as DNS A record wheh high priority VIP is down F5 will return the low priority VIP as DNS A record.
