Can F5 covert all traffic (TCP, UDP ,ICMP) to a http traffic ?

Can F5 covert all traffic (TCP, UDP, ICMP) to an HTTP traffic, so that I can use an HTTP/HTTPS proxy to access the internet in a similar way to Redsocks?
