Can current 2000s H.A with i2600?

This should work. It may not be ideal, but it is certainly possible, thanks to TMOS taking care of all the hard work in this respect. The systems will complain that the other node is a different hardware type via the LTM log, but they should still synchronize and perform HA failover.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the provisioned modules will have to match in order to not experience an outage during a failover (it's easy for the unweary to not notice the difference, especially if they don't log into the second unit), and that the various platforms may have different performance characteristics that you will have to account for as you are deploying applications.
I would still run this past my sales team or support to verify whether there would be any compatibility issues.
