Can bigIp serve up a webpage?

If i take a part of my site down and disable that pool is there a way that bigip can serve up a webpage stating the site is down? Im not talking about pointing to another page on a different server asi know i can do that , but im talking about a page hosted on the bigip and display it to the user and not redirect to another page on another web server. Can this be done?
