Can ASM block https browsing

Can ASM module block access HTTPS access to a specific public domains? Example: I want to block employees access to knowing that example.com is a public site.

I am not sure that is what ASM is intended for. ASM is a layer 7 firewall or web app firewall (waf) to protect your application.
