Caching on F5
All,
I'm trying to enable caching on the F5.
My F5's are running v12.1.2(HA) and load balancing apache servers. Caching is enabled on these servers . But F5 seems to be forcing it off.
When i go to the Application directly from the server, i'm seeing all static content like images, css files are showing as 'from servercache'.
when i go to application through F5, i can see content is downloaded taking some time. How can i enable caching to avoid this.
I applied a webacceleration profile to the VIP but ramcache list showing 0 records.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

As per my experience, F5 web accelerator uses HTTP/1.0 in which HTTP persistent connections are not supported hence you dont have keep-alive, which will hurt your performance actually.
When I saw this in our application, I was actually disappointed. HTTP/1.0 is just too slow.
