Cache updated

Hi all,     Good Day~ I would like to ask is there any solution for images being updated/modify by backend web server(MS IIS) and force cache update immediately in BIGIP???     ...

I'm not an iControl expert by any means, but this sounds like something for which you might use LocalLB::RAMCacheInformation (see http://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/default.aspx/iControl/LocalLB__RAMCacheInformation.html, see especially evict_ramcache_entry_v2).
