Cache Control Header

Hi all, please I need an explanation regarding cache control header. Enabling web acceleration profile, is cache control header set to no-store? If the option Ignore Headers on the web acceleration profile is set to All, the system disregards all Cache-Control headers in rerquest headers. BIG-IP overwrite cache control?
