Cache Clearing On LTM 12.0.0

Hi team,   Please am trying to clear the cach of a virtual server and it pools on LTM 12.0.0 through the GUI, How can I get it done?   Thanks

I want to do the RAM cache clearing on a virtual server that is configured on my F5. The VS in question has application sitting on it but, the application user complained that they can't access the VS but when isolated from the F5 it can be accessed but, you can advise me according.
