Browser not initiating a POST in Client Initiated Forms based SSSO

One thing I have noticed with client initiated SSO is that if there is a submit button with the id/name 

submit
, the javascript call to submit the form won't work. In those cases, I've had to update the SSO profile to include extra Javascript to rename the submit button or else just programatically click the submit button instead.
