Block Client MAIL MAC with APM
I'm having trouble releasing MAIL Mac app to connect to my Exchange using the APM. Have specific rules applied through AD groups, and I'm using the event "Client OS". As print below, I'm all connections originated as "MacOS" and yet I'm being blocked by the "failback" rule.
I noticed that logs the information I'm getting in the log is "Client Info = unknown" Under the rule of logs.

Client OS agent in VPE is using info from the user-agent header. there is not so much we can do except modifying your header to be correctly matched, or adding some more condition in the vpe, but that should be supported by default if you did not tamper this header. i would subject to open a case.
