That's the one you'll want to change.
[Local Traffic] -> [Profiles] -> [SSL] -> [Server]
Since "serverssl" is the box default, it would not be a bad idea to create a new one to use for this. Changing Secure Renegotiation to "Request" is just a drop down at that point.
