BIGIQ Version 5.1.0 API does not return License Info

Hi Team,

I have a query the, we have a BIGIQ V5.1.0 VE device. Recently we renewed it with a trial license. Since doing that we are unable to fetch the License information ( which we were able to do previously ) through the API.
