BIGIQ query regarding REST database sync

Hello,

How can we confirm via command line or GUI whether REST Database is in sync between BIGIQ and BIGIP ?

BIGIQ: 5.4

BIGIP: 12.1.x

 

If its not in sync, how can this be fixed and its impact ?
