I'm trying to move profiles and Certs from one BIGIQ to another. Does anyone know the file locations in BigIQ? Profiles, certs, monitors, persistance, etc. I'm looking for the files staged on BigIQ for LTM's.

I think you should start with this manual for SSL certificates in BIG-IQ:
BIG-IQ Manual Chapter: SSL Certificates
Then, creating Snapshots it's a good idea to take all the configurations.
