when I added device to BIGIQ I got the error: Error while transforming Profile Client SSL, message 'java.lang.iilegalStateException: cannot transform from a device for [certKeyChain] from /common/EFS-SSL because Failed to transform secure field value' was returned

There have been some changes in the latest versions about clientssl/serverssl profile, so I guess you are trying to add a device with a BIG-IP software version that is not supported by BIG-IQ 5.4.0.
