bigipServiceDown

I am running BIG-IP 12.1.1 Build 0.0.184 Final on 7200v. Have been getting alerts stating that bigipServiceDown for the F5 instances from HPOV tool. This alert encompasses three alerts which are - bigipNotifyObjMsg - Syntax:TEXTUAL_CONVENTION bigipNotifyObjNode - Syntax:TEXTUAL_CONVENTION bigipNotifyObjPort - Syntax:TEXTUAL_CONVENTION

 

The snmp servers are added on F5 device. These alerts generate on intermittent basis. No changes are done on the devices which could lead to these alerts. The snmpv2c is configured for these nodes. I have spoken to TAC and they have assured that there is no issue with the F5 configuration.

 

Any suggestions to fix it.
