BIGIPDNS TOPOLOGY LOADBALANCING IRULES
In bigipdns we configured topology load balancing for 2 wideIP applications. We use 2 wideip . 1st wide ip use topology load balancing with 2 existing Datacenter (US and japan). 2nd wide ip use the same topology load balancing with 2 existing datacenter and few physical hosts which exist in banglore, singapore ,china .Thus we need to implement irules for this wideip. could anyone suggest please. Both wideip belongs to single application. Thus if we change any regions in topology it will affect the 1st WideIP. Thus with irules only we can achieve this.

It is not clear from your description what you are trying to accomplish, and how the physical hosts in bangalore, singapore, and china relate to the existing datacenters, if at all. Can you edit your question to provide additional details?

I am lost as well, can't relate the iRule with GTM topology. Please provide more details and the relevant part of your configuration.
In bigipdns user configured a wide ip with topology load balancing with 2 existing Datacenter (US and japan). Now user needs to configure 2nd wide ip with same setup with below modification.
If any source from Banglore needs to reach banglore Physical server. If any source from Hyderabad needs to reach Hyderabad physical server. If any source from Singapore needs to reach Singapore physical server. Other than this any Source IP from US region will reach US datacenter & Asia related region will reach Japan Data center. kindly provide a irule for this.

You don't need iRule for this.
You need to create the necessary topology records to match your logic.
This solution will provide you information about how to do that.
