All up we want to install about 15 SSL Certificates and associate them to approximately 60 Virtual Servers.

NimbostratusBIG-IP is based on TMOS.
TMOS has a full proxy architecture, so you won't impact performance of the VE because it's the base of this OS ;)
Just remember to check the bandwith needed.
