BIGIP v13 Released

There were some rumors that v13 would be jumped to v14, as v13 is a bad lucky number in some countries, but we do have v13. :P

At least for me, I'm getting a better impression than the predecessor. Sorry, but the v12.x just killed me. :(

I can see, in a rapid surfing, that some cosmetic bugs are gone and I expect all others too. For while, congrats F5!
