You can find the migration tool called ‘F5-Journeys.’
It can help you figure out what will happen.

There are some bugs rated to 17.x versions (optimized profiles). Please verify the release note and proceed with upgrade. You can follow same existing steps for upgrades, no change. But please verify any bugs will affect your current infra. Please find the latest version release note - BIG-IP 17.1.1.4 Fixes and Known Issues
