yes we do have HA if that is what you mean by mirroring

    HA doesn't mean mirror persé. check your config, did you actively enable mirroring? turned on on virtual server? if you don't like the answer from support just ask them to explain it, do you have FastL4 virtual server with source addr affinity? if not ill challenge the reply from support, no reason to upgrade if they dont give a clear / correct reason.
