BigIp A/S and Linux bonding

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to configure my Active Standby bonding on RHEL5 with my BigIp's which are also A/S, but the network If (the standby one) keeps coming up and down. I have added the new interfaces to the active and standby BigIp's (on the same vlan) but it's seems that the two cannot communicate on a layer 2 level.. I have also tested the linux config with a cross over cable and its fine. Also all my current fail overs seem to have connection in this way...

 

 

Has anyone tried this? Any Ideas?
