Sep 30, 2008BIGIP and VLAN Trunks
Can BIGIP talk to other switches and allow multiple vlan traffic(trunks) and later decide where to send which vlan traffic.

BIG-IP supports 802.3ad (LACP) under Trunks in the GUI, and then multiple VLANs can be tagged (802.1q) on a trunk. - Irfan_Gazi_3882

So does that mean, - dennypayne

EtherChannel is Cisco proprietary, so not exactly. You will have to use LACP (802.3ad) instead, which does more or less the same thing. You can assign any VLAN to any interface (including an LACP trunk) by defining the VLAN tag and then adding a tagged interface to the VLAN. - Irfan_Gazi_3882
