I don't seem to be able to add a route to the Big-IQ itself through the System menu. I did it via tmsh which was fine but I am just curious if it was removed from the GUI.

 

i do not remember if it was there in prior version or not. anyway, i do not use tmm interface (i.e. i use only mgmt interface). beginning from 4.5.0, mgmt interface can be used to discover and manage bigip device.

    So are you saying to have the Big-IQ discover itself and then manage the route through Device in the web gui?

    sorry to confuse. no, i set mgmt ip and mgmt route through "config" command in cli. i do not use tmm interface (selfip) and tmm route at all.
