BIG IQ VE Migration

I have an active standby pair of BIG IQ VE appliances , i am planning to migrate the BIG-IQs to a new DC . i need to reuse the license on the NEW DC deployment , Can any one suggest me what should be the best approach practical.

I am planning to Break the cluster and move the first appliance license to a standalone box in new DC then thinking either i can install the UCS and DCDs of the backup box to this box or i can make an active standby pair in DC (Not sure if that can be done expert review required) and push the configuration from the old DC node.

Can anyone suggest me steps ? also what sort of issues we might face while re-using the license any precautions ??
