BIG IQ backup failures

Hello Zen,
I usually following these steps to increase size of my VM BIG IQ
Login to the BIGIQ CLI .
1. To check the current size of the directories run the below command .
—> tmsh show sys disk directory
2. To check how much disk space is available on the BIG-IQ VE system run the below command .
—> pvs
3. To resize the /shared size run the below command .
—> tmsh modify sys disk directory /shared new-size <size in kilobytes>
NOTE:- the size should be mentioned in KB and not in GB
4. Once completed we need to reboot the system , run the below command .
—> reboot
Once if the device gets rebooted please run the below command to check if the size is increased .
—> df -hBr
