The way that we've had to do this is: - create a new application by importing config from the F5. - Delete the config off the F5. - Re-import the device config to BIG-IQ. - Deploy application.

 

We've had some issues in this process, mostly around outage times and the fact that not all types of config can be controlled by an Application (although I think that was an earlier version of BIG-IQ 6.x)
