BIG-IP view in Pool members
Hello
We recently migrated from BIG-IP v10 to v11.2.1. All did well.
In the pool member area, we can't see the 'node name' or let's say the description next to the IP-address. This was easy for us to see the name of the server. I searched in manuals but couldn't find any explanation to this.
Previous version v10:
STATUS | MEMBER | NODE NAME | RATIO | PRIORITY GROUP | CONNECTION LIMIT | PARTITION / PATH
green | 192.168.1.50 | Server1 | .....
Now we have v11:
STATUS | MEMBER | ADDRESS | RATIO | PRIORITY GROUP | CONNECTION LIMIT | PARTITION / PATH
green | 192.168.1.50 | 192.168.1.50 | ...
Do you guys know how to add this again or edit the columns on it? I saw that there is a description for it, filled this in, but no results.
Thanks a lot.

Things did move around a bit here. When you created the pools in v10 you would have given each pool member a name, which would have auto created a node of the same name. In v11 the name is under the "Member" header and possibly (I'm guessing) did not translate correctly when you migrated from v10. And unfortunately the name cannot be edited from the management GUI. I may wrong here, but I think the only way to change a node's name after creation (in v11) is to edit the bigip.conf.
