Big IP VE on Hyper-V 2016 Hangs on Boot

Hi.

I've setup a new BIG-IP VE 11.6.0 HF8 VM on Windows 2016. Using this version as that's what our current f5 appliance is running.

It's a basic config with 5 synthetic network adapters, 2 VLANs / self IPs / interfaces configured which I was able to ping and was working.

After I restart the VM, it now just hangs while loading the config.

Running an "ifconfig" via the Hyper-V console for the VM also just hangs.

Deleting and re-adding the network adapters in Hyper-V resolves the issue until the next restart where the issue starts again.

Have tried disabling integration services offered but doesn't help either.

dmesg output on the console (assuming I haven't run "ifconfig") shows crash dumps to due hung processes.

Anyone ever come across this issue before?

Cheers.
