Are there ways that BIG-IP can be leveraged to manage and collect statistics for online advertising, i.e. managing inventory sources, clicks, audiences, etc.?

Hello, all L7 information in request/response are available so if you need to collect something that will be the good place. You can log tons of information to be sent to a reporting solution.
