Would be a valid solution then to configure all the IPs of the Webserver VLAN as a possible web-server IP. The F5 will notice that the majority of IPs are down and when I will connect a new Web server, a new IP will be reachable and the F5 will start to send traffic to it?

 

yes, it is. it is done by using health monitor.
