BIG-IP LTM v10 with Microsoft Lync Server 2010 issue on handheld device

we are currently having trouble with our Microsoft Lync Server 2010 load balanced by F5, it is working on Laptops and PC but not on handheld devices like smartphones.   Are we missing something? ...
