FYI to all that this iApp template could be useful for deploying BIG-IP with a Websense proxy - https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iApp.Websense-Content-Gateway-Assistant-iApp.ashx

Still doesn't solve the WCCP problem though.

So to summarize current state...

- Explicit proxy pointing at F5 VS == works

- Transparent proxy with F5 in the routing path == works

- Transparent proxy via WCCP, F5 not in the routing path == no luck yet
