BIG-IP i7600-D High CPU - Control Plane

Dear all, 

I have issues with my BIG-IP i7600-D. Non traffic on box but control plane with high cpu as pictures below.

Box running version BIG-IP 15.1.0.5 Build 0.0.8 Point Release 5 with license AWAF . So anyone can help me explain or fix this issues.

    Hello Quynh,

     

    As I see, you have some unclear "Degraded:Disconnected" status on you BIG-IP. What does it mean?

    If this BIG-IP in CMI (HA group), then most probably you have some problem with configuration sync.

    Control plane is not related to traffic - it can be high because of some configuration issues.

    Do you have any errors in /var/log/asm, /var/log/ltm, /var/log/ts/asm_config_server.log, /var/log/nsyncd.log?

      Hi Ivan,

      Thank for your reply.

      I know control plane not process traffic.

      Degraded:Disconnected" status on you BIG-IP because i have use monitoring interface and interface have status down ( i just want isolate traffic )

      I have factory the bigip to default, clean software image and reinstall. ​Now cpu control plane is ok

      ​
