BIG-IP F5 LTM failover hold-down timer

Does anyone know how to change the "Failover.NetTimeoutSec" setting so that the standby unit wont take over the active role until after > 3sec (which is apparently the default value) of time has elapsed?

    at the command line, type:

     

     

    b db failover.nettimeoutsec X

     

     

    where X is the number of seconds before timeout.
