BIG-IP Edge Client fails to pass APM Policy

Hi,

 

some users have noticed that their edge client fails at the first attempt but will login in absolutely fine at the second attempt. Can anyone explain this behaviour as I've checked the policy and all looks correct - it's an intermittent issue.

    do the logs differ for the first and second attempt?

     

    it might a timeout on the first auth attempt or such, but it is not something i have seen before.

    Is there a way to check the number of failed vpn connection in a day with the username field?
