Big-IP DNS/GTM Routing
Is anyone using the Advanced routing on the GTM's to advertise the listeners across DC's?
Here is our design.
2 GTM's (v12) - 1 in each Co-lo LTM (v11.6)behind FW in each Co-lo.
External Self-IP with public address Internal Self-IP wtih internal address
LTM Virtual Server is NAT'd on the FW.
We want iQuery traffic to flow across 1G link between DC's. Think of it as a DMZ link.
We are running OSPF across this link to advertise public internet space out both DC's.
Question: on the GTM,if we use a static route from the GTM external self IP to the other DC and that router goes down, GTM will fail to route traffic between DC's. We are considering using advanced routing on the GTM to advertise the listeners/self-ip in OSPF across DC's.
Wondering what your thoughts are on this approach and if anyone has any experience with the Adv routing on the GTM's?
Thanks in advance.

Also - Currently there are no routes configured on the GTM's. So traffic is being routed the Management interface.. I know, this is not preferred.
